Description of the software

Cloud Connect Core is a local data tracking utility and analytical software for organising Binance-compatible spot allocation records, maintaining historical information, and reviewing category summaries.

Cloud Connect Core is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, investment platform, payment service, or trading platform. It does not hold or custody funds or cryptocurrency assets, access private keys, connect wallets, or execute transactions.

Permitted use

You may use the website and software for lawful personal information organisation, analysis, and record keeping. You are responsible for the records you supply, the conclusions you draw from them, and the security and suitability of your device.

You must ensure that you have the right to use any information entered into the application and that your use complies with applicable law and third-party terms.

Prohibited use

Binance® is a trademark of Binance Holdings Limited. Its name is used solely to identify compatibility. Microsoft and Microsoft Store names belong to their respective owners. No affiliation, sponsorship, certification, or endorsement is implied.

User records and accuracy

You remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and maintenance of your records. Summaries depend on the information supplied and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect if the underlying records are incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

Maintain independent backups where appropriate. The software is not a substitute for original records, professional advice, exchange statements, or legally required documentation.

No financial or investment advice

All information produced or displayed by Cloud Connect Core is for informational and record-keeping purposes only. No wallet, custody, or transaction services

The software has no wallet functionality, does not request or access private keys, and does not hold user funds or cryptocurrency assets. It cannot make deposits, withdrawals, transfers, exchanges, purchases, sales, or other transactions. Locally recording information does not cause any external financial action.

Third-party services

The website links to the Microsoft Store homepage as a route for accessing store services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Availability, listings, content, or operation of those services is outside our control.

Compatibility with a record format or source does not create a partnership with that source. Cloud Connect Core is not a Binance product and is not affiliated with Binance Holdings Ltd.

Software availability and changes

We may correct, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or website content. We do not guarantee that the website or software will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or suitable for every record-keeping purpose.
